Monogrammed Nautical Pillows

It’s always fun to personalize a project and monogramming has become a common practice. But monogramming with Nautical letters? Now that is something new! We’re loving the bold colors and playful print used for this pair of pillows! Designer Samarra Khaja used her own Nautical Motifs from Timeless Treasures as inspiration has put together a super simple tutorial for the pillows so we can all make a pair of our own. Want to make a pair with your own initials? Do a google search for Nautical letters and use our EZ-Steam® II to help make it happen! This marks Samarra’s very first project as a designer for Pellon® and we’re so very thrilled to have her on board!!

Monogrammed Nautical Pillows
This is a fun, graphic way of personalizing pillowcases in clever and modern-looking nautical alphabetic code! In this project, an ‘R’ pillowcase is created. Photo above shows the ‘R’ and ‘K’ letters. For other letters of the alphabet, search online and construct them in the same manner as the methods in this project. Have fun! Sample used Timeless Treasures ‘Nautical Motifs’, Samarra C2412 – Blue, Dream C1807 – Red, Royal, and Sun fabrics. Finished size of pillowcase is 22” x 32½”.
