Trick-or-Treat Quilt-Along

I know what you’re thinking… “Isn’t is a little early for Halloween? The kids are just back in school and I’m still making teacher gifts.” I know, I know;). But sometimes it’s fun to think ahead, particularly when that thinking ahead involves creating a brand new lap quilt, mantle runner or wall hanging, block by block, that will complete your Halloween dΓ©cor just in time for the spookiest of nights. Designer Alexandra Henry has put together a super scary quilt-along featuring witches, ghosts, owls, pumpkins, brooms and more! The Trick-or-Treat Quilt-Along has 13 possible blocks to choose from, with at least two new blocks going up every week. You’ll have a chance to practice your piecing, machine and hand applique skills.

So, let’s get started! Grab the overview right here for the fabric run-down (woo hoo Moda!!) and take a sneak peek at one possible layout right here:
